Clean:- Clean your face every day and wash your face with water at least twice a day. Don't use rough soaps. A good scrub or a face wash is a good option for healthy clean skin.
Use a light moisturizer on your face after cleansing and shaving since moisturizing your skin is important.
Tone:- Toning is beneficial for skin as it keeps the skin clear and firm. The alpha hydroxy acids are most useful to reduce the pore size and helps to avoid ingrown hairs.
Treat:- There are different products available in the market to treat your skin. But first and most importantly find out your skin type and its needs. Then choose products according to your skin type.
Always use an after-shave moisturizer containing no alcohol. Use peppermint for your lips as it keeps them luscious.
Protect:- Avoid exposure to the sun to avoid tanned skin and other skin diseases.
Exercise regularly as it promotes capillary functioning, that avoids premature aging.
Eat right and nutritious. Keep vitamins such as C and E in your diet regimen.
Avoid alcohol, smoking, fatigue and stress. They decrease facial circulation making you look older.
