How To Show Hibernate On The Shutdown Menu

Due to some reasons this feature is not enable default.
To enable this feature you need to do this...

- For enabling the hibernate option just press the shift button in the shutdown menu it replaces the standby button
- On releasing the shift button stanby button will display again
